Wild Boar Saucisson with Hazelnuts

Our saucisson is made from wild boar meat, harvested in our French forests. Although it is the fattiest game meat, it is still 5 times less fatty than traditional pork and tastes just as good. We add carefully selected roasted hazelnuts to add a crunchy, gourmet note to our sausage!
