Sapinette 28.2% Vol. is an organic artisanal liqueur made from fir needles and buds.
Harvesting takes place in plots of family forests in Haute Loire.
It is distinguished by the flavors of fir, a taste of sap and a natural hint of citrus. It can be enjoyed pure as a digestive or in cocktails.

Only 4 ingredients:
Water, organic alcohol, a little organic sugar, organic fir buds and needles and that's it! 

Tasting neat or SAPI TONIC cocktail suggestion:
In a glass filled with ice cubes:

- 4 cl of SAPINETTE
- 2 cl of lemon juice
- Top off with tonic and a slice of lemon
