Terroir : The grapes come from a little parcel of less than 1 hectar located in the most beautiful flinty soils of Sancerre. This parcel has an exceptional exposition to the sun, on a steep. That is why we called it "Les Montachins", which means steep soils. Tasting Nose : Grapefruit and yellowh fruits (apricot and exotic fruits) Mouth : Well-bodied with slight notes of citrus fruits flavours (which demonstrates a great maturity of the grape), with a nice acidity in mouth.
