Terroir: "Cul de Loup" is the name of the parcel where this wine comes from. "Loup" means "wolf" in french, it is there that we saw the last wolves in the region. Located in the south of the Sancerre area, in the village of Thauvenay, this parcel of 89 acres is planted on a 100% clay-limestone soil.
