SAISON RUM XO

Origins: a perfect balance between the terroirs of Barbados and Trinidad with a touch of Jamaica. Blending: SAISON Rum XO is the result of the selection and blending of remarkable batches of rums aged in their lands of Origin: Jamaica, Barbados and Trinidad. Each batch is then matured in the casks originally used for the Distillerie Tessendier cognacs. Depending on their age, their size and the cognacs previously contained, they will give each batch a particular typicity. This double maturation encourages the marriage of flavours and enhances the subtlety of this exceptional rum, which is at least 10 years of age. Maturing: This exceptional maturing process provides the Cellar Master with a wide variety of aromatic profiles, which he can then assemble to produce a generous rum, both complex and rich in aromas.
