Saint-Nectaire Fermier Grand Cru PDO

Our master ripeners carefully pick amongst all of the cheeses in our cellar a few unique and rare wheels. Those are then pampered and attentively looked after for six weeks, the ripening taking place on spruce wood and then rye straw. This slow and precise ripening process gives the cheese delicious and intense flavours which embody the excellence of the best Saint-Nectaire fermier cheese!
