Saint-Joseph "Tradition" - Vintage 2020

Saint-Joseph is situated along the granitic steep, narrow valley that embraces the Rhone river. It is produced exclusively from the Syrah grape and 100% hand harvested. In the cellar : 100% de-stemmed. 10 days maceration before alcoholic fermentation in stainless steel temperature controlled tanks. Natural yeast. No fining, filtration before bottling. Tasting : The fragrant and expressive nose exudes notes of black fruits, pepper and spice. The palate is charming, with a well-balanced, fresh structure, and impressive concentration. The finish is long, with a lovely streak of minerality. Decanting this wine shortly before serving will allow the flavours to express themselves further. Serve at room temperature. This delicious wine is a great accompaniment to red meat dishes, and mature cheeses.
