SAINCHARGNY "EMERITE" - CREMANT DE BOURGOGNE BRUT White - Vintage 2017

This Crémant de Bourgogne Brut White is produced from Cave de Lugny vineyards, all based around the village of Lugny. The soil is predominantly made of limestone, with South-South East facing slopes. The grapes are 100% hand harvested, in punched trays. Traditional Method with second fermentation in bottle. Maturation in bottle during 18 months in order to get an optimum fineness of bubbles. Fresh and complex nose with aromas of white fruits, flowers with notes of toasted bread and hazelnut. The palate is intense and complex with a toasty finish. A real treat for wine connoisseurs!
