RUM SAISON RESERVE

RUM SAISON RESERVE is created from a selection of rums from the Barbados, Trinidad and Jamaica Caribbean Islands, aged until 8 years, then rested and finished separately for 12 months in more than 50 mature French Oak barrels which, according to their age, size and to the cognacs previously contained, will give specificity to the rums. From this elaborated aromatic pallet, the Cellar Master creates a harmonious blend, giving birth to a powerful, fruity and unctuous rum.
