Selected only from the oldest Pinot Noir vines of the estate, this deep ruby red rosé is only macerated for a few hours. A unique vinification in a large, concrete egg, or modern amphora. The ideal pairing for a main dish is Wagyu beef, or a home-made cherry sorbet for a dessert.
