Vinification and maturing
The light rainfall and high temperatures in the summer allow a late harvest leading to the optimal ripening. Traditional vinification with a long maceration (5 weeks) to extract the maximum of color, aromas and tannins.
Tasting notes
Brilliant red with complex blackberry and spicy aromas. Palate is fruity, round and well-balanced.
Serving suggestions
Recommended at 17°C It will be perfect with red meat grilled or in sauce, and with some cheese.
