The history of Champagne Roger-Constant Lemaire dates back to the late 19th century to the village of Hautvillers. The family has continued to build on the know-how of our ancestors producing different champagnes with an exceptionally fresh palate presented in the best gastronomy places of the world. Cuvée Trianon (the flagship Cuvée of the Lemaire House) is a blend of 60% Pinot Noir and 40% Chardonnay. Matured in temperature controlled steel vats and the alcoholic fermentation is maintained at 16 degrees to preserve the wines delicate aromas. This champagne is our best awarded bottle. Grape Varietals : 40% Chardonnay and 60% Pinot Noir. Appearance : Pale gold, crystal clear, pearlescent bubbles. Nose : Fresh youthful nose, yellow citrus flowers, orchard fruits with hints of fennel and cream, shortcake pastry. Taste : Charming fine mousse, fruit jelly, pear and a mature finish with brioche tone. Aging process : Minimum 4 years-old before selling. Method : No malo-lactic fermentation, we keep the natural fresh of the grapes. Dosage : Always Brut. Low sugar level (about 6 to 7g/l), only cane sugar. Side Dish : Fish, foie gras, excellent as aperitif (before eating) Available in bottles, in half bottles and magnum bottles
