Red deer is a particularly lean meat, containing just 5g of fat per 100g. It is also an important source of protein and iron for your body. Our sausage is made from the meat of wild roe deer, caught in accordance with French hunting traditions. Wild red deer meat gives our sausage a delicate, refined flavour.
