Roasted caramelized almonds

Traditionnally, in France, the term "chouchou" refers to roasted caramelized praline nuts. This confectionery has been widely sold across the country for decades, especially in summer. As it gained popularity, it was progressively industrialized and the recipes lost the particularity of their original taste. In our artisanal factory in Provence, we aim at restoring the simple yet delicious, and traditional taste of these confectioneries. Our chouchous are completely natural and the sugar ratio is perfectly balanced. We carefully craft our recipes with different types of nuts, different tastes (from simply sugar-flavored, to cinnamon, anise, spicy, sesame, chocolate-coated...). They are the perfect sweet to eat with a tea or coffee and are widely sold in restaurants in France, as well as in retail stores and delicatessens to individuals. When you taste our product you will be surprised to notice how full of flavor is the original taste of this confectionery.
