This cuvee is the fruit of a long work seeking to make a veryspecific wine, we experienced during this conception a realrevelation.
Each year, we select the best batches that we grow in newbarrels for at least a year. Very expressive and complex nosewith aromas of black fruit, eucalyptus, pepper and cocoa.
Beautiful structure and complexity in the mouth. Balancedfinish with melted tannins.
