RED WINE CHOREY LES BEAUNE PIERRE BOUREE & FILS
After a few days of maceration, the fermentation is done with the use of indigenous yeasts for about 20 days. At the end of the fermentation, the wine is drawn and the skins and the seeds are pressed (pneumatic press) then the wine is put in barrel in the cellar where it will be aged for at most 2 years.
This wine has a lively colour, from dark purple with purplish hints. In the nose, the little red fruits are dominant (raspberry and Morello), black fruits (blackberry), liquorice and jam. In the mouth, you can feel elegant and round tannins and flavours of red and black crunchy fruits.
