Alcoholic and malolactic fermentations and ageing are done in oak barrels during 16 to 18 months. This golden yellow wine smells flavours of hawthorn, honeysuckle, apple, lemon, white nettle and hazelnut. The mouth is rich and well structured. It is balanced with a nice vivacity.
