Founded in 2016, L’atelier V is a team of 25 pulses lovers believing in the nutritional and environmental values of pulses, cooking with love and working with enthuasiasm every day in Vannes in Brittany, France. Inspired by world cuisine, we are reinventing hummus and dips with a wide variety of pulses (not just chickpeas, also red lentils, yellow lentils, red kidney beans, white beans…), vegetables, herbs and spices. 100% organic, 100% vegan, 100% real ingredients: nothing ultra-processed, no flavourings, no colourings,… We use a cold stabilization process preserving the freshness of our products while allowing an extended shelf life without preservatives. We are proud to be the category leader in organic stores in France.
