Our foie gras come from duck raised in the Landes, in France for a minimum of 102 days and fattened with whole grain maize. 

They have a rustic and authentic flavor. Optimal for all the preparations in terrine or in the frying pan, our "made-to-measure" foie gras are guaranteed fresh and specially selected by us to meet your needs.
