Raspberry Violet

The story behind the recipe : Recipes composed of two “flavors”: a fruit and a flower, like “Abricot Lavande” (apricot/lavender) — or two fruits like “Orange Kumquat” and “Framboise Litchi” (raspberry/litchi). These recipes will (re)acquaint you with the basics, but with a little extra twist. Recipes that will make you (re)discover the basics but with in addition this little "twist". And still for this collection, much more fruit than sugar (we are actually fruit preparation), unrefined cane sugar, cooked in small quantities in our laboratory in the heart of Paris.
