Racines Bio Rouge

Winemaking: Alcoholic fermentation between 25 et 28°C. Soft extraction without press-juices (run free wine). Tasting notes: A garnet-coloured wine with a nose of black fruits and black current jelly, it releases notes of pepper and garrigue. Rich with fine and fleshy tannins, it is a wine with a great potential.
