Winemaking: After destemming and direct pressing, the juice was fermented at low temperature until dry and then blended post fermentation. Tasting notes: Light and delicate colour. Fine and fruity notes of red berries in the nose underlined by mineral hints. Fruit sweetness on a well-balanced palate. A lively fresh and persistent finish.
