Quince jam "extra" PG 314 (jar)
It is a mixture, brought by cooking to the appropriate gel consistency, of sugar and thin slices of wild quince from Provence. The qualifier “extra” means that the quantity of fresh fruit used in our jam is 450 g minimum for 1000 g of finished product, or 45%. Our Quince jam contains 65% fruit and is prepared from fresh ripe and healthy fruit, washed and trimmed. All those with defects are eliminated. These thin slices of fruit are cooked with top quality sugar.
