Quadrille Rosé has a luminous, pale orange-pink color with coppery-pink highlights.
The first nose evokes scents of lemon, vine peach, almond, quince compote and orange.
Gradually, the aromatic palette expands, offering notes of wild strawberry, pear, raspberry, redcurrant, blackberry, cookie, cherry, rose, bell pepper and marmalade.
Quadrille Rosé reveals a luscious, fruity texture supported by fleshy fruit acidity. The mid-palate is orchestrated by a sandy-clay minerality that confers suppleness, fruity volume with greediness, iodized salinity and length on the palate. The whole unfolds towards a mellow, fruity and slightly spicy finish.
