100% pistachio, this paste will give an intense pistachio flavour to your pastry preparations. Its flavour and colour hold up to baking and freezing. Flavours ice creams, mousses, bavarois, creams (chantilly, pastry, custard), ganaches, cakes and biscuits. Taste note: This paste gives off powerful notes of roasted pistachio. Dosage : 40 to 80g for 1kg/L
