POMMEAU DES AMBRES

For this pommeau, the cellar master assembled different vintages from exclusively the “Les Malières” and “La Planche” plots whose shallow clay-limestone soils produce particularly aromatic fruits. These apples give Pommeau des Ambres powerful notes of candied fruit enveloped in a slight bitterness and highlighted by a beautiful length on the palate.
