Poiré Domfront AOP "Le Bézot"-Perry

"Le Bezot" comes from the first manual picking of the Plant de Blanc pears by the Pacory family. The fruits harvested to elaborate this perry are just ripe, which will give a beautiful minerality to the finished product. "Le Bezot", means in Norman dialect, the youngest of the family (even the little favorite!). It symbolizes youth; you will find its vitality in the mouth!
