A lovely strawberry jam made from Plougastel strawberry, very much renowned in France for its delicate taste.

60% fruit and brown cane sugar. The fruit is cooked in a cooper cauldron together with brown cane sugar. Potting is made exclusively by hand to guarantee generous pieces of fruit.
