AOC ALSACE Pinot Noir Spleen

The Pinot Noir SPLEEN is the first natural wine of the Domaine. The fruit of a cold extraction process developed by Pierre (6 years of research), and vinification in demi-muid. This red is pleasantly fruity (raspberry). The tannins, although present, are silky on the tongue. The whole is easy to digest and invites to taste, even during summer time.
