Tasting:

- Bouquet: cherry | blackberry.
- Taste: frank attack | silky, balanced mid-palate | delicate finish.
Winemaking Method: Harvest by hand, de-stemmed, vatted and fermented for 3 weeks with daily pumping over of the must, pneumatic pressing, alcoholic fermentation, matured in oak barrels for one years, filtered, matured in bottles before sale.
