SOIL: Silex (flint) clay and tuffeau. WINE MAKING PROCESS: Destemming: grapes are destemmed, fermentation: carried out in an open fermentation tank, maturation: the wine flows from under the skins into a stainless steel tank for maturation. TASTING: Accents of red and black fruits, rich with a fresh, creamy, and delicate finish, typical of a well-balanced Pinot Noir. PAIRING: Light game, chicken, pork dishes. Vegetarian dishes, mushrooms, and cheese trays.
