Pinot Noir HEIM Impérial
Pinot Noir as always been cultivated is Alsace. It was formerly much more spread than it is today.
It is the only Alsace variety to produce red or rosé wines, characteristically fruity with hints of cherry.
This wine is the result of strict selection of grapes coming from the hills of Bennwihr and Westhalten.
A smooth maceration with grape skin of three weeks offer this intense and nice color. Then the wine is maturated in stainless tanks. There is no oak barrel on it to preserve the silky tannins.
¨ Visual : ruby-red robe. It is a real red wine
¨ Nose : Fine nose, with intense cherry and blackcurrant notes.

¨ To be served at : 12–14° C
¨ Ageing : between 2 and 4 years.
