Maceration for 2 weeks in stainless steel tanks during alcoholic fermentation, followed by malolactic fermentation in tanks and then ageing in 225 and 500 litre barrels for 12 months.Intense red with bright red reflections.Very pinot, on the red fruit (cherry, raspberry, blackberry). A beautiful intensity and variety of fruit.Beautiful structure, ripe and supple tannins.
