Pinot Noir

Eye : Bright ruby with purple highlights. Good viscosity, abundant regular tears. Nose : Highly aromatic, the nose is initially dominated by black fruit aromas, black currants, blueberries, black cherries and blackberries. This is followed by notes of sweet spices such as cinnamon, vanilla and roasted coffee beans. Palate : The attack is round and suave, a velvet like mouthfeels dominates. The same aromas found on the nose are present on the palate, where blackberry prevails. Supple silky tannins. Fine and elegant, it has a very long aromatic persistence. The finish features menthol, eucalyptus and candied fruits notes. A wine of exceptional complexity.
