Pinot Gris Grand Cru Gloeckelberg

Located in Rodern, the Grand Cru Gloeckelberg is south to south-east exposed. It lies on a granite substrate with sandy and acidic soils. Grapes are fully hand harvested. This Pinot Gris shows smoky aromas with dried fruits at nose. In mouth, it is soft and well structured : the beginning is round, and the finish shows some notes of acidity. With time, candied fruit notes will move progressively towards exotic fruits.
