Pinot Blanc

A historical and yet relatively rare Champagne grape variety, Pinot Blanc expresses itself wonderfully on the clay-limestone soils of the Côte des Bar and more specifically in Celles-sur-Ource, where some of the oldest plots are located. It offers a round and fruity white champagne particularly easy to access. Ode to white and yellow fruits, thirs quenching, it will be ideal as an aperitif. To be discovered!
