Pinot Auxerrois Empreintes 2021

Wines deeply marked by the terroir, the grape varieties, a culture but above all by the family DNA through the different generations. Blending of different granite-dominated plots on the sunny terroirs of Niedermorschwihr, Katzenthal, Turckheim and Ingersheim. Harvested manually, the grapes ferment naturally thanks to indigenous yeasts. Ageing on lees is done during a winter in century-old oak barrels followed by spring bottling.
