PINE NUT OIL

A very smooth oil with mushroom notes that will enhance the flavor of dishes. Add a dash of oil at the last minute, use to emulsify seafood court-bouillons, a variety of sauces (goes particularly well with wine-based sauces) and soups such as minestrone, etc. Goes perfectly with duck salad.
