The Terroir de Pimayon, from the Provencal Peï Major which means the high point, is a very calcareous alluvial fan which gives this wine an inimitable tension. alternation day and night temperatures are extreme here, allowing a very long maturation of the fruit and a inimitable aromatic intensity.
