PIETRA CORSICAN IPA/ Brasserie Pietra

PIETRA CORSICAN IPA first reveals an intense floral aroma with passion fruit and mango notes, then its complex aromatic profile expands on the palate. It explodes with tropical and citrus fruit flavours, a bold and generous bitterness, and a nice balance between the roundness of malt and the bitterness of hops. A high-density beer, 6% alcohol content, with a slightly hazy orange-blond colour and a generous head that holds up extremely well. With this PIETRA CORSICAN IPA, Brasserie Pietra adds to the diversity of this style of beer by offering its own vision of the IPA, emphasising hop flavours rather than bitterness. It has been achieved using a combination of both traditional hopping and dry hopping techniques. This allows to get the best of the essential oils of the wonderful Citra coupled with a new variety of hop, whose aromatic richness perfectly complements the Citra.
