The vineyard benefits from ideal conditions, where each grape variety expresses its full potential. Grape Varieties 50% Carignan 25% Syrah 25% Grenache Ageing The Carignan is carefully aged in oak barrels for 12 months, giving it complexity and structure. The wine is then bottled and stored in the cellar for a year before being offered for tasting. Tasting notes Cuvée Pierre seduces with its intense aromas of candied black fruit, combined with hints of black pepper. On the palate, the texture is silky, with smooth tannins that add roundness and a warm, persistent finish. Food & wine pairing This wine is the perfect accompaniment to a seven-hour leg of lamb or other long-cooked dishes, where the tenderness of the meat is enhanced by the depth of the wine. Serve between 16 and 18°C.
