PEYRES SOLAN Pinot Noir

Our winemakers have selected vineyards located in a mountainous area, at the crossroad of several climates: Mediterranean, continental and Oceanic. A very unique situation in the region. In the area, rainfall is frequent and temperatures are lower than in the rest of Languedoc region. Also, the altitude accentuates the strong temperature shift from day to night in the summer, leading to the longest growing season in the Languedoc. This aspect slows down the ripening of the grapes, preserves freshness, acidity and allows the berries to reveal an incredible aromatic potential precision.
