PEYRES SOLAN Chardonnay

This specific Chardonnay was grown on western terroirs, nestled by the Pyrenees foothills, in the far Southwest of the Pays d'Oc wine region. Here, the vineyard stretches over gravel, clay and limestone soils, particularly adapted for the Chardonnay varietal. The complex soils of the area, cooled by the morning mist of the Atlantic Ocean, give ripe and fruity berries, balanced by a refreshing acidity. The resulting wine is rich, buttery and complemented by a hint of minerality
