Peter Sichel - Altura 350 2017
Thirty years ago, Peter Sichel established Château Trillol in the heart of the Cucugnan Valley in the Languedoc region, which is classified as a "Natural Park". In 2019, his grandson Alexander Sichel took over the estate and renamed it Domaine Peter Sichel as a tribute to his grandfather. The 20-hectare vineyard, consisting of 39 plots, is located between 200 and 500 meters above sea level and is undergoing biodynamic conversion for the production of wines from organic farming. The estate is also the owner of Château Palmer and Château Angludet.
An intense wine that remains elegant, with a nose dominated by black fruits and cooked fruits.
