Perles d'Or begins with a deep yellow-green color with lemon-yellow highlights.
Perles d'Or's pure nose evokes notes of lemon, white peach, acacia flowers, iodine and shell limestone.
The second nose reveals notes of aniseed, hazelnut, infusions, ginger, chamomile, lemon heart, pruned almond and vine peach.
The attack on the palate is frank, underlined by a lemony acidity. The wine is refined and iodized, with a sandy minerality on the mid-palate that lends suppleness and length to the palate. The whole, reminiscent of confectionery, delicately reveals a rich, melting, creamy finish.
