Pech de Rouby Malbec No Sulfites Added

Terroir : Clay-limestone

Vinification : maceration and fermentation in stainless steel vats at low temperature to preserve the fruit of the Malbec. Moderate extraction by pumping over. Aged for 6 months in vats before bottling.

Tasting notes : Intense nose of crushed strawberry with aromas of plum and blackcurrant.

Beautiful tension on the palate, present but pleasant tannins, good volume with the presence of strawberry and fresh cherry. Nice chewiness on the finish.
