Pear jam "extra" PG 314 ml (jar)

It is a mixture, brought by cooking to the appropriate gel consistency, of sugar and thin slices of Williams pears. The qualifier “extra” means that the quantity of fresh fruit used in our jam is 450 g minimum for 1000 g of finished product, or 45%. Our Williams pear jam contains 75% fruit and is made from healthy, ripe fresh fruit, washed and trimmed. All those with defects are eliminated. These thin slices of fruit are cooked with top quality sugar.
