Pear Cider - Michel Bréavoine

Our Pear Cider is the equivalent of cider, but this time made exclusively from pears. It is made in the same way as cider, bringing out its unique sweetness and very pleasant acidity. The varieties selected are Plant de Blanc and Poire de Grise. In addition to its fruity, slightly tart flavor, they give it a clear, bright color. Our Poiré can be enjoyed as an aperitif, cocktail or kir. Amazing with a seafood platter, ideal with white meat, it literally enhances cheeses and is a sure bet for desserts.
