Pasta - Tagliatelle Nests with Spirulina

After a rigorous selection of raw materials, our Tagliatelle (4 mm) are crafted artisanally through rolling and then dried at low temperatures for a long duration (18-20 hours). The gentle processing of the dough with our laminator allows for ultra-fast cooking (2 to 4 minutes). Our Tagliatelle benefit from meticulous manual packaging, ensuring careful handing. Production Process: Rolling and low-temperature drying. Free from: GMOs, colorants, preservatives, and ionization. Label Languages: French,English, German, Dutch.
