From the best selection of non-refined products, our Tagliatelle (4 mm) are developed respecting the purest craft tradition, by lamination following by a low temperature and long lasting drying (more than 20 hours). The gentle working of the dough with our rolling machine allows ultra-fast cooking (2 to 4 minutes).
